1. It is the responsibility of the group using the facility to set up, tear down, clean up and return the facility to its original state after the event. All garbage should be put into garbage bags and dropped at the dumpster located at the back of the building. 2. Set up and tear down of rented equipment will be done between 8am and 5pm. 3. For vigils, the gate will be locked at 10pm and reopened at 5am. 4. For vigil and non-service days, car trunks will be searched at entry and at exit. 5. Washcloths, towels, broom, dustpan, etc. are located in the store. Please return these items after using them. 6. In the event of a cancellation, please notify the facility management as soon as possible. 7. Any event that includes children under age 13 must have a minimum of two adults present to watch them and a ratio of one adult to every ten children must be maintained at all times. Children should not be allowed to roam freely inside or outside the building.
requesting to use David Christian Centre Facility hereby absolves the Church, its board of Trustees, her pastors, leadership, members, or visitors of any liability or personal injury to any individual resulting from the use of the Facility. I agree to be held responsible and liable for any cost that may come to David Christian Centre due to damage arising from improper or negligent use of the facility. I agree to report any damage that occurs while in use to the facility management promptly.
